Week 19 – And The Foam Begins To Flow….
Week 19 started off with a bang as the foam truck arrived (actually on Friday of last week) and started pumping the foam. It was an interesting process to watch as the thin spray kept expanding and expanding. As mentioned in a previous blog we are installing 6.5″ of open cell foam in the ceilings and 2 inches of closed cell foam in the walls, basement, and crawlspace bands. We are also having 5″ of open cell foam sprayed between the main floor and finished basement for soundproofing.

The dining room bar storage got built
Beams got a coat of solid stain
Trellis and window trim arrived
